As CEO of Figleaves, Miriam transformed the business from a multi-brand lingerie retailer to a lifestyle brand sold in five of the biggest UK retailers, combining entrepreneurial vision with product and digital transformation to help women find self-acceptance with the aspirational, inclusive brand.
Miriam has recently embarked on a new role as co-founder of Aequip, tackling workplace-culture risk. Aequip’s mission is to create radically inclusive workplaces. Its digital platform helps employers manage inclusion by leveraging Data and Behavioural Science.
