Adele is the Head of Positive Impact at outdoor clothing company, Finisterre. Born from the needs of hardy British surfers, Finisterre makes enduring outdoor wear for an inspired life in and around the sea, and was the first outdoor clothing company in the UK to become B Corp certified. Prior to her role as Head of Positive Impact, Adele spent four years on Finisterre’s product team, in which she oversaw the process and subsequent challenges of developing sustainable apparel and accessories. In 2020, she took the lead on Finisterre’s B Corp recertification and saw an opportunity to drive a deeper impact for the business. Now, as Head of Positive Impact, she is responsible for the brand’s sustainability strategy, and also the running of the Finisterre Foundation.
