Her passion lies in influencing business leaders to adopt innovative, circular, and regenerative practices, always prioritising human rights and social justice. She channels this commitment through her trustee role at the Dr Martens Foundation, where she advances social justice causes. Tuze has a wide range of experience and showcases this as a respected guest speaker at sustainability forums and conferences.

She has been a leader in fashion sustainability having worked in key sourcing countries across EMEA, Americas, and Asia, playing a pivotal role in sustainability efforts from factory floors to corporate offices.

Originally from Turkiye and having lived on three continents, Tuze speaks four languages and proudly embraces her role as a mother of two. This dual commitment underscores her holistic approach, blending professional excellence with a personal dedication to instilling values in the next generation.
