This award will recognise the most effective customer engagement campaign run by or in collaboration with a fashion brand or retailer over the past 12 months, which aimed to raise awareness of the issues surrounding sustainability – and ultimately to change the culture of over-consumption of fashion. For example, the campaign may have sought to educate customers about the impact the fashion industry has on the environment, or about the treatment of workers.
Questions to consider when entering:

- How was it adapted for different channels?
- What were the goals?
