Adam Cotgreave is the chief customer and sustainability officer at Seasalt, responsible for leading Seasalt’s sustainability initiatives while enhancing customer experience at every opportunity.
With over two decades of experience in the fashion industry, Adam has witnessed major industry transformations. Naturally he is equipped with a wealth of knowledge on customer engagement and retention. Adam began working for Seasalt 17 years ago and has watched the business grow from humble beginnings into the globally recognised brand it is today. His expertise has proven invaluable to the growth of the business and he consistently seeks out new ways to enhance Seasalt’s customer experience.
Three years ago, he implemented Seasalt’s first CX team which has grown to be an indispensable asset to the company and for Seasalt’s customers. As a result, Adam was announced a finalist for CMS’ International CX Leader of the Year award, honoured for his dedication and contributions towards Seasalt’s growing customer base.
Just 6 months into his current position as chief customer officer, he took on the huge role of sustainability officer pushed by a moral obligation to the planet and a drive to push the company further along a sustainable path. With his leadership, Seasalt has made giant leaps towards their goal of net-zero. Recent achievements Include submitting science-based targets to the SBTi, all of which were approved, and graduating to full membership to the Ethical Trading Initiative.
